Bhavya Dore is a freelance journalist writing for various publications in India and abroad. Her work has appeared in the BBC, Guardian, Wired, ESPN, Al Jazeera and other places. She has reported from India, Germany, France, South Africa and Sri Lanka. She has won awards for her reporting on politics, gender and science.

She is currently working as a researcher on a documentary and a consulting editor on a podcast series. Both are in development.
