Kennith Rosario

Reporter and Researcher

Kennith Rosario is currently a German Chancellor Fellow 2022-23, supported by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. He is based in Berlin and working with taz (die tageszeitung) as part of the fellowship. He is working on a journalistic project about queer asylum and migration in Germany, taking forward his academic research on the same subject at the University of Cambridge (2020-21) and previous fieldwork in Berlin as part of Robert Bosch Foundation's India Germany Media Ambassadors fellowship in 2019.

Previously, he was a reporter and film critic with The Hindu newspaper in Mumbai, covering gender, cinema, and culture. He has worked as a journalist across print, television, and digital media in Mumbai, Delhi, London, and Berlin.
